    Escape Room FAQ

An escape room is a game where players must work together to uncover clues, solve puzzles, and complete tasks in one or more rooms with the objective of completing a specified goal in a restricted period of time, and the main goal is simple… ESCAPE!

We currently have one escape room called the Bunker Bus-ter, we will be introducing new rooms in the near future, watch this space…

There is a minimum age of 10 years for the Bunker Bus-ter, any children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

The bunker buster is a tight space and would not be suited if you have claustrophobia, the new rooms will be bigger though so keep your eyes peeled.

The bunker Bus-ter has a maximum capacity of 4 players at any one time.

You session will be 1 hour in total, The Bunker Bus-ter has a time limit to complete the challenges and escape within 45 minutes with 15 minute briefing time beforehand.

No, you are not locked inside the room, even though you have to “escape”. If you need the toilet, feel claustrophobic, have an emergency, or anything else, let your Games Master know and they will direct you to leave the room. If you want to end the Escape Room early, you may do so, but your Games Master may choose to not let you back in if you change your mind.

You will have 45 minutes once the door closes to solve every puzzle and complete the overall objective of the room. Keep an eye on the timer and give yourself enough time to solve each puzzle (you could be solving multiple at once). Remember to ask for clues (if you’ve requested them) from your Games Master if you get really stuck, because if that timer reaches 0 before you solve everything, you will lose! Depending on what Escape Room you are in, you may see or hear the consequences of what failing to complete the room leads to. Maybe the killer gets away, maybe you’re locked up in prison, maybe a missile hits the planet! Your Games Master will then come into the room and escort you out, allowing you to discuss the puzzles you struggled with and reveal where you went wrong (if you want to find out). You may wish to try the room again; in which case your Games Master can keep quiet.

As you can imagine the contents of the room are TOP SECRET! for this reason, we don’t allow any smart phones or photographic equipment in the rooms. All phones and/or photographic equipment will be secured in a locked box, you will keep the box with you in the room, but the Games Master will keep the key until the session is over. Should you need your phone for emergency purposes the Games Master will escort you from the room and unlock the box at your request.

Bunker buster is a mobile escape room, essentially it is a converted bus so unfortunately there are steep steps to enter and exit.

    Shuffleboard FAQ

Table shuffleboard is a game in which players push metal-and-plastic weighted pucks (also called weights or quoits) down a long and smooth wooden table into a scoring area at the opposite end of the table. Shooting is performed with the hand directly, as opposed to deck shuffleboard’s use of cue sticks.

    The basics.

    • 1. Two teams, one to four players per team.
    • 2. Both teams shoot towards the same end, taking it in turns.
    • 3. Only one team can score per end.
    • 4. Only count points for pucks past the opposing team’s furthest puck.
    • 5. The team who wins the end, slides first in the next round.
    • 6. First team to score 15 points wins.

Anyone over the age of 16 can book and play independently, anyone under sixteen can play if they are accompanied by an adult over 18yrs.

Ideally groups of 2 to 4 players per table, we have two tables. You can book for 30min or 60 min sessions. We may be able to accommodate larger teams if you give us a call to arrange.
